Somnia has released the web version of Metaverse Browser, bringing the metaverse one step closer to widespread adoption.
Following the initial launch of the Metaverse Browser beta app, Somnia received positive feedback. The community specifically requested a web version of Metaverse Browser for easier access from mobile devices, especially for those who cannot or prefer not to download the app.
Now, we have released the web version of various tasks in Metaverse Browser, allowing users to access all the experiences and features of the app.
With the web version, you can now experience the following:
- Mint your virtual avatar
- Complete Somnia tasks
- Explore metaverse experiences
- Participate in virtual events
Somnia Important Update
Users can now view their Metaverse Browser dashboard via the web version, where they can see their Somnia points (the boost rate will be applied after the snapshot).
You can also connect to Metaverse Browser using the same wallet you used for Galxe for smoother integration.
However, if you have completed tasks on both Zealy and Galxe, you will only see points from one platform on the dashboard, but you still have points from both platforms.
Somnia New Virtual Avatar Builder
We have released an improved virtual avatar builder that is faster and more customizable than our previous product.
This new avatar application includes new base avatars and customization options, expanding the range of user-generated content. This will allow creators to build a custom avatar content ecosystem.

Updates on Season 2 Tasks and Rewards
With the release of the Metaverse Browser web version, we have also revised Season 2 tasks and rewards, with two main changes: new tasks have been opened, and a prize of 10,000 USDT is being offered.
Somniacs can now see their task points and rewards on the Metaverse Browser.
Additionally, we have decided to pause Zealy activities due to user feedback about inconvenient connection settings required by the platform.
This means no new Zealy tasks will be available, but users who have already completed Zealy tasks will still receive their Somnia points, which will be visible on the tasks page at the end of Season 2.
